1. Go to Carmel City page – www.carmel.in.gov
2. Click on the Government tab
3. Under Department & Services – Click on Community Services
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green button “Request for Public Records”
5. Fill out the form & submit

A copy of the plot plan will be emailed to the homeowner after the information has been reviewed. (Could take 5 – 7 days)
