Shutter Repair/Replacement
Homes in the neighborhood built before 2011 were constructed by Estridge Homes. Fischer Homes built the remaining homes. Estridge went out of business, making finding information about materials used during construction difficult.
If you need replacement shutters for your home, contact Carter Lee Pro Build in downtown Indianapolis.

Sidewalk Repair
The City of Carmel completes sidewalk repair. If you have issues with any part of the sidewalk in front of your residence, please get in touch with a Board member who can forward information to the correct contact at the city.
Road Repair
Each March, the Carmel Street Department inspects and rates all city and neighborhood streets for repair.
Lincolnshire streets have yet to be identified as needing repair.
However, if you have potholes or other issues on any part of the street near your residence, please contact a board member who can forward the information to the city.
Grass in streets
Each resident is responsible for spraying for weeds where the curb meets the asphalt road in front of your home.
Please use proper methods of pulling weeds and/or spraying with weed killer - to treat the area in front of both your home and driveway.
Tree Trimming
The city periodically addresses tree cutting and trimming in the neighborhood. However, between these town efforts, the homeowners must keep low-hanging branches cut back so that pedestrians can safely pass on the sidewalk.
Recycling/Trash Cans
Please remember that it is neighborhood policy to pull trash and recycling cans to the curb the morning of recycling and to pull them back into the garage the same day they are being emptied. Cans are to be placed inside the garage, not on the driveway or concrete pads outside the home.
Mailbox Repair/Replacement
Below are three companies that supply our mailboxes. You can call and tell them you live in Lincolnshire in Carmel, and they're able to pull up the neighborhood mailbox specifications.
The post paint is Porter and the color is Black Magic (Color ID 518–7).
